The 2025 OKO Gathering is a chance to come together with like-minded individuals to learn, share, and celebrate our community, share our skills, and learn new skills! Experience workshops led by industry experts, networking opportunities, and fun social events to foster new friendships. Whether you’re a seasoned martial artist or just starting your journey, there’s something for everyone at the OKO Gathering. The event and the 5-course dinner Saturday night will all be be held in the hotel ballrooms. There is a restaurant and Starbucks coffee on site so no need to even leave the hotel if you don’t want to. If you do, there are multiple restaurtants within walking distance, and the Park Meadows mall is nearby for even more food and entertainment options!
Event Overview…
Friday Afternoon / Evening: Participants will arrive and check-in to the hotel and relax. There will be an optional and informal meet-and-greet with snacks and drinks
Saturday: The event is in the Hotel Ballroom on the first floor. Doors open for registration at 8AM. Make sure you grab breakfast on your own beforehand. The event will be from 9AM-5PM, with an on-your-own 1-hour lunch break from 12PM-1PM. There will be a 5-course dinner (included with your registration) from 6:30PM – 8PM.
Sunday: Training begins again at 9AM until 5PM, with an on-your-own, 1-hour lunch break from 12PM-1PM. The event ends at 5PM.
