By “aware citizenry” I mean victims of crime, psychological researchers, modern athletic coaches, medical experts, smart people, etc. This all goes to the heart of THE HOCK REPORT news webpage information, and I how I constructed and still evolve-construct my hand, stick, knife, and gun courses. Four-dimensional, not just one or two or three dimensional.
